Agreed! I've been looking for this function though! Do you know where it is? I know you used to be able to not use your exercise calories but I've been gone for a few years now and I don't remember where that is.

I quit it cold turkey! I used to be the same 6-8 a day! Now i have one once a week if that. Just make sure you have a couple of days off when you do it because you will go thru withdrawals! (no worries its not that terrible)

I am also flying on that day! I am only concerned to like 5% but if it does happen i want it to happen when I am in the air! And hopefully my pilot can land in water :) I can survive the sharks!

I enjoy putting a banana in my oatmeal before I microwave it, it sweetens it up and sometimes I add a teaspoon of walnuts. YUM!

Alright I seriously think that you have absolutely no idea of what the WW program really is! They encourage you to eat power foods which is exactly what your talking about the natural, good for you, non-processed foods! Make sure your eating enough calories, at least 1200 a day. Also try to eat back some of your exercise calories, I know it sounds counter intuitive but it works.

OMG that is Awesome! I drink a ton of water anyway so I know I am hitting my mark but that would be way cool to see exactly how much I do drink cause your right, I'll dump it out or put more in not really keeping track of how much exactly I have had.

Cutting Diet Coke will help. All the stuff it has in it is way bad for your body! I was a serious Dt Coke addict and completely cut it out cold turkey! I have one every once and a while but I have to be careful not to get back to my old ways of 6 cans a day!

I don't eat any fruit. Your Dr. is right it is VERY high in sugar and thats why I stay away from it. I find that when I have fruit it makes me feel like I am STARVING immediately after eating it which isn't good.
