I am addicted to Coke (the beverage!), and I have a hard time leaving it. I stopped cold turkey, but then I just went back to it. Right now, I'm drinking a 8 oz. bottle a day, which is an improvement, but not that much, and it's still 100 empty calories on my tight 1200 calories budget.

I'm 5'00, 65 kg, sedentary (workout aside) and I'm also supposed to eat 1200 calories according to this site, in order to drop to 50 kg. It's my second day, but I'm finding it really hard. However, I'm petite, and I wonder if it's just that I haven't learnt how to maximize my calories.
