Love kale chips.. usually do a little curry powder, sea salt and tumeric with this one. Kale in general is pretty wonderful.

Aye, see, who knows- I imagine as long as you feel great, then it is working. I tend to have to eat within a short while after exercise to avoid becoming... umm, 'unstable,' for lack of a better word. heh.

From what I understand about nutrient timing, it seems you may want to eat closer to your exercise time (within three hours), according to PN. I'm uncertain as to whether or not it digests as a protein but it I do think it is the only complete vegetarian protein (contains all essential amino acids) . That could be the reference....
