I am currently trying to lose fat and gain more muscle mass. I hired a trainer recently. She has me eating high protein and low carbs. My breakdown is 40/30/30. I would change your egg whites to two whole eggs. And the Avocado is an excellent idea. IDK how much it burns since I didn't have a HRM the last time I did one of those workouts, but they are a very good, very hard workout. You push yourself as hard as you can during those 2o seconds and it is hard work.

I am 5'3. I started at 170 post baby #3. My goal is between 125 and 130, both are weights I don't ever remember being. I manage to work out 5-7 times a week even with the kids at home. I started my lifestyle change back in mid-October.

Just with doing all the push ups in the 30DS both my husband and myself have noticed my boobs are perkier. There is hope.
