I get up early, or workout on lunch or after my kids are in bed for the night.

That is amazing progress.

I beg to differ since I dropped my body fat over 3% in the two months and increased my muscle mass. It is visible and measurable.

MFP does not set your protein goals high enough. My trainer had me eating 40% protein to build muscle while burning fat.

not going to lie I didn't read all posts so sorry if this is a repeat, but the Disney network is banning ads of unhealthy food and beverage products that target children. It is a step in the right direction if you ask me.

So, I have had 3 babies since October 2007 with the largest bing over 11 pounds at birth. I am 5'3" and about 139 and about 24% BF in these pictures. I am not where I want to be yet. This vacation threw me off track a bit but I am starting insanity tomorrow. P7020007 by SuzzieQ13, on Flickr P7020010 by SuzzieQ13, on Flickr

The children updates is big for us two. We live across the ocean from all of our family. The grandparents. aunts and uncles have not even been around the kids for a quarter of their lives; only 30 days for the youngest.

I would definitely consult a doctor and maybe a trainer that has experience working with physical therapy type clients. Or a physical therapist maybe.

interval training could help you. Run some sprints and some hills at a high effort. Then when you are just running at a set pace it should seem easier. That is what I do anyway. Or each time you run you can bump up you pace by .2 or something like that. Push it out for as long as you can and if you need to drop back down…

Now this one is KIND OF unfair, due to the fact that I'm knocked up with TWINS in the before pic. But just goes to show what I've bounced back from. Kind of proud to say I'm a mommy of twins! :) I think I was probably around 265 or so at my highest pregnancy weight. I went 2 more weeks after this and got bigger, but wasn't…

I more concerned with fat loss and muscle gain than losing "weight". I want to see the weights I lift go up and my run times go down. I still weigh myself once a week though. I have a pretty decent scale though and it also tracks my fat %< MUSCLE %, hydration and BMI. I don't think anyone should weigh in more than once a…

That I am lifting on my supersets? I try to go up by 5lbs each week. Would it be too much to do insanity and still lift? SINCE I get the impression it is mostly cardio?

I don't but I am only 5'3. IDK, I went out with a guy once who was my hieght and it was just strange for me. Sorry. But everyone likes something different so it doesn't really matter what we all think. Just what the women you are interested in think. And you will never know that unless you approach them.

I would say the 118 is for the 1/4 of the pack, the extra weight is just from the noodles absorbing the water.

I would get a walking/running analysis done and make sure you are wearing the best shoes for you. Most large sporting goods stores should have someone trained to do that.

My first attempt at photos. The before is not pretty from last December. 5 months post-partum (baby #3 in 4 years). And on May 10th IDK how to resize, sorry

What you usually do should be fine to still do if you want to. I always push myself hard for races so I take the day before off or exercise.

May was a good month for me. I lost 3lbs and found out that my body fat had dropped 3% since the end of March. I would like to lose 4lbs this month. I am 5'3 and have had 3 children within 4 years. My starting weight was 170 and I am now at 138. I also PRed on my 10K this past Thursday with a time of 52:03, I was just…

great work ladies, saving this for further inspiration.

thank you all!

Lot's of good tips have been given. And remember 3 weeks is just the beginning. It takes time to make new habits. Keep at it. I have been on here for months now, 6 to be exact and I still have times where I get in a funk and don't follow my nutrition plan. Then I just remind myself of what I want and I work to get back on…

Thank you all.

I am set at 40/30/30 with the 40 being my protein. I limit my grains and eat a lot of eggs, whites, chicken breast and turkey. Getting most of your carbs from fruit and veg and not grains should work for you.
-
definitely salad and veg omelet, but you should be able to have some of the other stuff as well if you watch the portions.
-
ok, so while running you get dye thrown on you?

I have had 3 kids and it was just as easy to lose the weight the third time as it was the first. I wouldn't worry about it. Especially if you go through the pregnancy knowing you want to be healthier and have the healthiest baby possible. For me I ate a lot better on my third pregnancy because I knew I didn't want to gain…
