I would, and do totally say that to girls. But, I am a hard *kitten*.

When I know I will be indulging in something I focus on having a small yet nutritious breakfast. And then either a healthier dinner or lunch, depending on when the indulgence will occur during the day. It works for me.

I am a Pampered Chef girl and we use our grill press and pan all the time. We have a lot of different rubs and seasonings so we can have our chicken in several different flavors. IT doesn't get old. You can use a little oil or just put the rub right on the chicken. It doesn't take long either. We usually have some steamed…

I go for challenging. I love to push myself and see how hard I can go and how sweaty I can get. I try to do better than I did the last time. I love biggest loser stuff and Jillian and Bob workouts. You can also workout during your favorite TV shows. Then you don't have to feel guilty about watching tv because you are…

Eating right. I love food. I love junk food. But luckily I also love to exercise. I love getting all sweat and take pride in my dripping seat. But over the years I got busy and ate more junk that I was working off. Now here I am several years, one husband and three kids later trying to lose about 30lbs.

I just finished day 10. I have lost about 2 lbs and an inch and a half from my waist and about one from my hips.

My BF was in Basic training. I got a letter with a heart drawn on it and a hangmen puzzle. _ _ _ _ _ _ _? I personally thought it was super fantastic.

I met my husband online. We have been married 5 years and have 3 kids. We are happily married.

If you need to get a performance manager, a friend or family member. It it a behavioral psych technique. You set a plan for what you want to accomplish. I wouldn't use weightloss, maybe exercise or staying within your caloric goals. You need an amount and a time frame, also a reward for yourself and something for them if…

I want in, I was 156 as of last Thursday. I have another 20-30lbs to my goal weight.

there are tons. go to amazon.com and search biggest loser in health and fitness or whatever it is. The us yoga for weightloss, biggest loser boot camp. I love Bob and Jillian.

maybe he thought you were someone else?

I save enough calories for an 8 oz glass of skim milk with chocolate syrup. The products I use make that an yummy 140 calorie snack. I find it satisfying, for both my hunger and my sweet tooth.

awhile back Self magazine did an article on the best sports bra for each size. You might be able to find it if you search self.com

I used flavored balsamic vinegars. I am currently using a cherry balsamic form the Pampered Chef and I love it, but a little goes a long way. Also it needs to be stored in a dark dry place

By all means don't just stop working out. Keep moving, it helps the soreness disperse faster. But yes make sure to stretch really well. Just go easier on the legs. I wouldn't do a bunch of lunges squats.
-
yes, water, are you drinking plenty? That makes a big difference to me. I used to never be able to lose wt, but I also never drank a single glass of water. It has definitely helped me to be more mindful of my water intake.

My first instinct is that maybe you are not eating enough. You have to be properly fueled to burn properly.
-
I agree it is a total lifestyle change and that is why it will work. I even went through a month long vacation and still managed to lose a little. Now I think of food as fuel. I can eat a candy bar like I use to or I could have a whole small meal...hmmm...I would rather eat more. And now even when I try to have "a treat"…
-
Another thing to keep in mind is you might not burn as much or may burn more than a person with similar body stats. It depends on how hard you are pushing yourself.

I have always said that about McDs since I was a kid, because you know that crap will kill you, but you just have to have it.
-
your most accurate bet would be a HRM, even an inexpensive one can work well.
-
eat right, abs are 70% from the kitchen and 30% from the workout.

the clear dressing are best, those made with oils, there are lots to choose from. Personally I like to just use vinegars and oil. Currently I am using the Cherry balsamic vinegar that I got with my new Pampered Chef products and extra virgin olive oil. Obviously you have to go light on the oil but the vinegars are very low…

My track coach always told us it meant we got a good workout. I just took that as fact.

MY kids eat more, more at meals and more snack throughout the day. They also eat what we are eating. They won't starve. If they are hungry enough they will eat. I have preschooler and they now willingly eat things like salmon with rice and steamed veggies.
-
there was some healthy pasta alternative on Dr. Oz like a month ago, but I cannot remember what it was. It might be worth searching his site. The audience loved it.
-
You should be able to eat back you exercise calories and still lose. Not eating them back should make you lose faster, unless you get to where your are not consuming enough calories for your body to work efficiently.

garbage can, you don't want that

You are doing great and you are doing it the right way, which means you will be more likely to keep it off. Great work, keep at it.
