Mmmm...protein shakes! I have one every morning with my oatmeal and I like to use my vanilla protein powder in smoothie drinks! I use it to but up my protein intake or to bump up my calorie intake without adding a bunch of fat or carbs! I'd be lost without my protein shakes! :sad:

I'm down 62 lbs (from 250 to 188) I started out at a size 22, I have been stuck in a 16/18 for the last 40 lbs! I'm like I weigh 188lbs! I should be in a smaller size dangit! On most days when i work out, i eat 1700+...depending on how much I exercise. On the days I don't exercise I try to eat around 1600. I think it's working pretty good for me. :drinker: And i usually only workout 30 minutes 4-5 days a week. Unless, it's a Monday. Then I try to workout for an hour.
