Sunday was a very out of the ordinary day i would never normally eat like that but i got a SOS call from my sister at 8am and ran out of the house without grabbing anything

im thinking something like this B: Eggs with spinach and mushroom MT : Apple and chic nuts or nuts or popcorn (plain) L : chicken or tuna salad AT : banana and yoghurt D: Chicken with Steamed or baked veggies cut out all diet soft drink etc and lots of green and peppermint teas

okay so im really bad at math - like awful. Any who iv come out at 1494 after that. I really cant handle clenses and such I end up grumpy and tired and fuzzy thoughts wise. I need food!!!! really food fruits and veg and meat

yeah im really not keen to eat the fewest calories possiable. I dont want to loose 10kg in a week cause trust me ill put it all back on and then some!!!!

I would factor it in but to be honest I tend to overeat if I do that. I dont know why its just a mental thing I guess. Im a strange eatter I always have been

thats the thing I havnt just started I lost 38kg, put on 10 last year due to stress eating and now im trying to get that 10kg back off

Thanks ladies I weigh 83ish kg now At my lightest I was 72kg that was less thn six month ago! I would really like to get back to 72kg by middle of may this year

I have seen my dr and he just says its a bad run for me this year. Iv had 5-6 flus (not colds) 2-3 colds brochittes Abcessed (and then removed) tooth been really tired and lacking energy chest infection 2 sinus infections but all my tests come back fine. Iv seen a dietician to make sure im eatting right and that was fine.…

so maintenace should be my BMR plus my exercise cals? sorry to sound silly, im new to maintenance and calorie counting. I lost all my weight on weight watchers but want to learn more about healthy eatting now just counting points. so iv been calorie counting for a few weeks now
