  • Glad to know I'm not the only one! You would almost think you would feel less bloated because you are sweating all that water out. I guess we'll just have to keep on trucking and it will eventually get better.
  • Hey everyone! I'm Niki and I am a pharmacy student. I have gained about 30 pounds since I graduated from highschool and am wanting to lose it. Most importantly, I am wanting to be the healthiest I can be. Some of these classes in pharmacy school scare you into taking care of yourself lol. I would love to run a half…

  • Dang you look awesome!
  • I have the same problem! This will be my first weekend on MFP so I am going to believe I can do it and get through it!
  • If you are at the gym trying to exercise and be heatlhy, I promise noone there is going to judge you. They are all there for the same reason. If anything, they will just be thinking that its great that you are out doing something active, unlike a lot of people in this country.
  • I think keeping a food journal is just a part of a healthy lifestyle, whether you are at your goal weight or not. It will help with maintaining your weight. So whether or not you decide to continue using MFP, you should definately keep a daily log of the foods you eat to keep yourself on track.
  • Hey! I just started MFP the other day and I love it! My goal is to lose about 25 pounds before I start rotations for school this upcoming My. But it wouldn't hurt to be bathing suit ready also! Ever since I joined MFP I have wanted to find a challenge and this looks perfect for me!
  • You are doing a great job! Every pound is a step closer! And being able to play with your child again is better than any pound lost!
  • I agree with you. Whenever I get off track, I eat a lot of fast food too which I think is more expensive than getting your weekly foods at the grocery store. It helps to look at the sale ads to see what fresh foods are on sale that week and that will save you money.
