1. Eating carbs (mostly bread) because they're easy. 2. Snacking on junk food 3. Sugary soft drinks/juices Habit i've started: Going to the gym atleast 6 times a week :)

Cool thanks for the help guys, i tend to agree that they are counted as calories and should be added in, and i have been adding them in. Just wanted some more opinions :)

No I didn't have it set to sedentary! But I just set it to that and it took my calories goal to 1,440! Thanks

Okay thanks heaps! Yeah that has pretty much cleared it up. So ideally i'll be netting my goal, but if I don't, as long as i'm at 1,200 (at least) i should be fine?
