I mix the two. I have 3 specific meals planned out so that I don't end up eating something on the fly that I will regret later. I also keep healthy snacks around so that I have options.

I just finished w1d3. I was considering repeating the week, but then realized that I did it. I didn't quit, I didn't have to stop. So I am going to move onto w2d1. This one I might have to repeat. We'll see. I looked forward and just the thought of running for 30 min. is terrifying!

My husband and I both used Chantix, he used it twice. While I think it worked well for me (I am back to smoking due to seperation and bad choices...I wouldn't blame it on a failure of Chantix), he had a horrible time with it. We both had very vivid dreams, but he became suicidal. I am currently waiting for my ecigarettes…

I recently started running. I have degenerating disks in my neck which seem to be aggrivated by this. I also have knees that crunch when I walk up and down stairs. Is running safe for me? Is there anything I should be doing to help these issues? I don't want to stop!

I have been stuck for a couple of weeks around the same weight. This morning when I got out of the shower I thought I *looked* thinner. When I got on the scale...2 lbs gone! In one day. It makes no sense, and I'm sure I will go up and down, but that is always a shock.

I'm having a problem finding an app that will run without all the things that internet is needed for. sometimes I run in a parking garage (when it's raining) and the c25k app goes out on me.

I was horrible yesterday! I didn't even log it because I know I will hate myself. We went to visit family and I had a crabcake eggs benedict with 2 glasses of champagne for breakfast!! I need to! I need to set an exercising goal because I HATE to exercize! I think I'll aim for doing anything for 30 min/day - 3+ days/week.

lol!! No agoraphobia, just paranoid. My neighborhood isn't that horrible, it isn't nice, either. I just always think about how they tell you not to wear a ponytail because someone can grab it. And all the stories about women being attacked while jogging. I'm sure it is all in my head, but it still holds me back.

Since then I had a co-worker who was diagnosed while I worked with her. She was an avid jogger and would run everyday during her lunch. It was really upsetting…

I always have the same (ish) smoothie for breakfast. The only change is if I can't find the same ingredient in the store. I use 1/2 cup of acai/pomegranate/blueberry juice, 1/2 cup of nonfat plain yogurt, and 1/2 a banana. I eat the rest of the banana right away and take the smoothie to work with me.

Can I ask how tall you are? I am also tall, and people have a hard time believing me when I tell them how much I weigh. ;)
