I feel ya! Single mom here. I'm up at 4:30am without exercise, just enough time to start the day. Last night I got home at 9pm. Sometimes it feels impossible, but not every day.

Thanks! I kinda threw the whole weekend out the window, and Monday morning's weigh in wasn't pretty. I also haven't exercised since last Tuesday. I WILL get back at it today, though!

I am still pretty new to running in general. I just started running in the nature park near my house and I loved it! It is so much more fun than running on the street. I am about to sign up for a mud run in June. I have a lot of work to do before I get there, though! Yikes. Any tips?

I know how you feel, and I've posted about it. I also have a fear for my safety, just because it was always drilled into me as a kid. I am now excited about running. I do get a little paranoid, but it is exciting to see how I've progressed. Have you signed up for a 5k?

I had a cashier at whole foods once ask me if I was going to use the sun's rays to heat my frozen food instead of the "bad" microwave. Yes, dip****...I am going to wait a few days for the sun to thaw it out in rainy Oregon and then eat the rotten food. :tongue:

This is exactly me!! I want to be a runner, so I am hoping my by body gets over its complaining. If I get on a treadmill, I get dizzy and end up falling and flying off the back of it.

Monday isn't higher. I lost 1.2 from Friday to Monday and then 1.2 from Monday to Tuesday. Every Tuesday is lower than any other time in the week. Tomorrow it will go back up, I'm sure of it. It's just weird.

My new favorite snack keeps my hunger away between lunch and dinner. I have an apple with some almond butter (ground at the store). There is fiber, protein and good fats in it. So yummy! It seems to do the trick for me. If I want some carbs, I add a few fat-free pretzels.

5'11" currently 184, goal is 165. I got down to 150 a few years ago, and when I saw pictures of me...it was too thin! I think 165 will be perfect as long as I am healthy.

I thought my face looked thinner on Saturday, and that night a friend texted me to tell me she could tell in my face that I have lost weight. It was so nice to know that it's not in my head!
