Thanks Lauren! It's just weird when I feel like I work out so much and really do try 5 out of 7 days of the week to not go over my calories, let i'm still not losing. ugh.

Thanks everyone!!

Sounds really good, thanks!

Thanks everyone-very helpful. Also-does someone have a really good "green" smoothie recipe they love that can be made without a juicing machine??

Yes-def aiming for 80-90% wholesome foods with some slip ups here and there. But no matter what, staying w/in daily cals.

I agree-and try to eat whole foods most of the time. And grass fed beef is AMAZING.

makes me INSANE, but I also don't want to give myself an inch and take a mile, ya know? But when I was eating Paleo, I would go NUTS with making sure I was staying away from everything I liked...granted, Paleo cuts out all grains and dairy which is hard for an Italian like me :)

That's what I try to do too...have one of those skinny cow ice creams or some chocolate every couple of nights.

I agree-I'm glad to hear the same from you all. I just couldn't do it anymore. I was making myself absolutely crazy trying to be perfect for every meal every day hoping that I would lose weight. Then on a Friday, I would crack and have all these beers and buffalo wings and then some. I guess the be nutritious but mindful…

The women you see that are bulky eat a certain way and/or take supplements to look like that. I'd say do 3 sets of 5 at a weight that feels heavy to…

Don't go over 100g of carbs for the day?
-
I just actually posted a thread on this too because I go over my sugar intake EVERY DAY.
-
I just never know what to plug into these calculators because I do sit at a desk and am inactive for a big portion of the day. Then I exercise most nights. So do I put "inactive" or "moderately active", ya know?
-
That was another question of mine that seems to be up for some debate-if i'm eating AT my BMR, do I still lose?
-
Aakani-Thanks for the reply! I originally was thinking the same kind of range, but I didn't think that would be enough. Maybe for the days I don't work out aim for that and for the days I do, aim more in the 1400-1450 range?

Yay so excited. If you want to start now and give updates/rants/tips/motivations/food diaries please do:)
