Non linear weight loss-just curious...
Who has had a slow start to their loss and then all of a sudden there's a drop? Right now, I'm seeing fractions of a pound as a loss each week, which is fine but between a 500 calorie deficit plus not eating back exercise calories I figured i would see more.

Running for weight loss
I tried searching the boards first but couldn't find a similar thread. I've been running for several years on and off now. Persistence
First week at it and lost 0.1 lbs. In the past, I have jumped around after only a few weeks on any kind of diet plan. Fitbit and exercise
I'm new to the Fitbit world and was wondering...if the Fitbit picks up that you did activity other than just steps and it transfers to my fitness pal, do I not log the activity?? For instance, I just saw a Fitbit adjustment of 257 calories. Does that mean that the 15 minutes of activity I did equaled 257 calories?

Question about quality v. quantity
Just curious (and this might be obvious), but do you find that you still lose weight if you don't eat good for you/whole foods as long as you stay within your daily calories? I'm of course making sure that 80-90% of what I eat are whole foods, but I wanted to see what other's experiences were with losing.
