Tough love please

Just needing some tough love over here. Having problems staying consistent with counting/eating healthy. You can be mean, its ok:) I need to hear it to get me going. Thanks!

    I don't think you need tough love. We all fall off the wagon. I am currently climbing back on mine. Just refocus and start over.

    Feel free to add me! I would love to help : ). I usually keep my tough love and honesty to my self on here, especially when people continuously log their cleaning as exercise lol : )

    I have been eating a little too much and not exercising for the past week so I know how you feel, but I'm getting back on my plan starting today and you should, too! Better to get back on track sooner rather than later. No regrets!!

    I don't believe in beating people up who may be having some difficulties. Having said that I want to remind you that YOU ARE IMPORTANT enough to take care of..period. This is for YOU.. embrace yourself in the same care you give others and show yourself the same love and discipline ....women often forget that

    Just stay on the couch and keep looking through the Victoria's Secret catalogue at all the stuff you can't wear or... bust your *kitten* and you close your eyes and point to anything in the magazine and own it like it was custom made for you.

    Now for you OP, I guess you think the pounds are going to go away all on their own? Because you got this far slacking and skipping workouts... now get it together and be who you are supposed to be! You don't become a living action figure watching your *kitten* grow!

    Losing weight and adopting a healthier lifestyle is easy on paper. But when it comes down to just you and that carton of ice cream that you know is sitting in your freezer, it can be a little more difficult. Make sure you have reasonable expectations. You don't want to beat yourself up every time you experience a setback. Expect that you will have setbacks. Allow yourself some cheat meals and try to plan/prepare for them. Just understand that you can cheat often because you won't be able to easily recover. It's hard work to lose weight (for most of us). Don't undo all your hard work. Remember this is long term. Don't be too concerned with short-term weight fluctuations. You want the long-term trend to be going in the right direction though. Fell free to add me to your FL if you wish.
