Something to think about-might be helpful

Hi all :-) Just wanted to post something that helps me with calorie counting in general. Someone once told me to think about your daily allotment of calories like your bank account. If you only had $1,270 in your account, would you spend $1,370?? No! You'd be over drafted, and have to find money somewhere (exercise) to make up for the deficit. If you want to spend (eat) more, you have to put in the work (exercise). Want to spend that $1,370?? That's fine. You can. But you better do some extra work (work out) that will make you $100 (calories) more!
That's all it is! Kind of a nice analogy to think about. Don't spend (or eat) more than you have. Simple. Easy.
Happy counting!!
