It sounds to me like you are not eating enough! Personally for me I like to split my calories up into many small meals so I may eat 200-300 calories 5-7 different times a day instead of eating 3 larger meals. I am on week 3 of T25 and I am seeing great results so far. I don't have much to lose, but really want to just fine tune some areas. My abs are for sure changing. I agree, I would say it's high intensity aerobics!
