I've been doing this for years. I just send a 'round robin' email to everyone who would normally get a card from me and tell them which charity I'm suporting. This year it'll be the local hospice as their shop got flooded out twice this summer & their fund raising suffered.

I'm 49 and married for 22 years. Neither of us wanted kids and have never regretted our choice. We're very happy to be the 'cool' Aunt & Uncle to the kids of our family and friends, and the eldest is already working on her parents to allow her to go to some music festivals with us.

Hi, I'm Jain & I'm seeing my Dr in an hour to get the form signed which means I can go ahead with the Hypnoband. My first session with my therapist is Nov 9th and I'm really hoping it helps me get to grips with my food addiction. I've been a binge/compulsive eater all my life and feel this is my last chance.

Do you have vintage wedding fairs in the US? They're all the rage here in the UK & a couple of my friends have got their wedding dresses that way. One was a vintage 50's dress with long lace sleeves that looked amazing on the day. The other was a 60's 'flower child' type of dress which again looked fab. Or try re-sale…

I've done this to myself so many times I've lost count. I can be very happily in the groove, eating well & exercising then either someone comments about any weight I've lost, or something (even the smallest thing) goes wrong & sets me off in a huge downward spiral. The latest was getting injured which has meant I've been…
