It's amazing to see how many women are having struggles that are similar to mine! Last year I was diagnosed with PCOS. I spent the year trying alternative healing methods like reiki and acupuncture. What a surprise, they haven't helped. Should I see my gynecologist or my GP for a prescription for Metformin?

I did her Yoga Meltdown for a month to build some strength before doing her harder ones. Yoga Meltdown is great for starting to build muscle, and I definitely think it helped me prepare for 30 Day Shred and Ripped in 30. Row machine is a great idea, thank you! And yes, I did ask my doctor. He cleared me for any exercise other than running for this stage in my recovery. I am struggling to find work out dvds that have low impact cardio. Perhaps I should have made that more clear.

I did level two for the first time yesterday, and in some ways I actually found it less challenging than level one.
