I am in my late twenties with 40 to 50 pounds to lose. I was once very active on MFP, but have since slipped off the wagon, along with most of my MFP friends. Now I'm looking for new friends to stay on track with me as I get back into this. 2014 is the year. Who's in?

cardio for lower body injuries?
I am recovering from bi-lateral tibial stress fractures and need some ideas for cardio workouts that my legs can handle! Is it bad to go over the amount of protein allowed?
When tracking my food I am often under in every category (calories, fats, carbs, sodium, etc) but sometimes go over the limit in protein. Will this affect my weight loss? It seems like protein is a good thing...can too much of it be bad?

Staying Full on a Low-Cal Diet
What are some foods that are filling enough to keep us full from meal to meal while being low enough in calories to keep us under our daily goals? I am struggling with finding ways to make meals more filling that still keeps them low in calories!
