  • Perhaps you can have tabs down the bottom for each month? Otherwise, each of us will have 52 lines if we weigh in each week and the spreadsheet would get out of control. So for each month, we would all only have 4 or 5 rows each. Just a suggestion.
  • I looked into the gym last night on the web....$14.50 per week or $16.50 for 24/7 access. Whether I join the gym or not, it'll be great to meet you and perhaps set some walking dates in the area. :wink: :drinker: Kellie

  • Tuna (I hate tuna), meatballs, rissoles, chicken kebabs/breast strips (not crumbed), eggs (boiled, scrambled, poached), fish, pork, stir frys............ The list goes on and on....google high protein foods!
  • I am also on 1200 cals a day. Anyone can feel free to add me, I love the support and I love to give support back! I don't eat back my exercise calories, my doctor advised me against doing it.
