  • Personally I struggle big time with drinking my water. While I do drink only 2L a day, I take it to the death and am usually drinking the last of it right before bed time. I say good on you for drinking so much!

  • I do measure myself, but I don't do it weekly as I don't tend to see the results on a weekly basis. I usually measure myself every 3 - 4 weeks.
  • Well done everyone. Sadly, the scales gave me an identical reading to last week, so there is no change for me this week. I am sure hoping next week gives me an outstanding reading as I'm feeling a little bummed right now after all the hard work I put in this past week.
