If you get some wasa bread, low calories, it lets you enjoy without adding a chunk of bread. Also, apples and bananas.

I love getting the chirashi. It is a bowl of rice with all the best pieces of sashimi on top of it. Salmon, tuna, whitefish, eel, etc. A good bit of pieces. Then you can eat as much or as little of the rice as you want and it generally runs around $18. I get that and some edamame and I am good.

I actually feel/see myself fatter now than I did 30+ pounds ago. It is like I was lying to myself before and now when I look in the mirror I do not like what I see. I see the positive changes, absolutely, but I see how very far I still have to go.

I agree. I love my fitbit and use it every day, even during workouts. I use it as daily motivation to walk a little further or climb a few more stairs, or see days where I fall short and why. I use the HRM to see how good my workouts are, how long I worked out for, and track improvement.

I am 5'5" on a good day. This morning I weighed 197. I am buying 14's in pants (not all 14's fit perfectly yet though) and mostly XL in tops, although some L's fit.

I am starting Boot Camp on Monday and need an HRM for it. I am going to get it for that and wear a FitBit during the day. Question..Do you guys wear the HRM during the day or only during exercise?

I do it right before I eat. If I am making something at home or heating a frozen dinner, while I am cooking. If I am at a restaurant, I do it while I am looking at the menu to play around with how many calories things are.

I personally LOVE the Healthy Choice Cafe Steamers! They are my lunch almost exclusively. I really like ones with a Pasta more than the rice ones, although my fave non pasta one is the beef merlot. So filling and most under 300 calories.

I am using a FitBit and it tracks everything I do (not heart rate, just steps and activity level) and I am very pleased. It then syncs here on MFP and does that calc so you do not lose those calories.

I was in Sweden and Poland for 2 weeks. No scale, no home cooked meals, not as much "known" food. I kept to fish mainly and limited the carbs. I never weighed but I did log.
