If you are 5'9", according to the BMI calculator, your MINIMUM healthy weight is 125. Even 124lbs is considered underweight and unhealthy. Just an FYI. You can even get up to 180lbs (maximum) and be in the normal weight BMI category. Personally, I would be very happy at 160:)
