Me too! i"ve had two c-sections and i just can't seem to loose that belly fat that is just kinda saggy and hanging there... super gross... if anyone has suggestions please let me know!!! thanks.

SOBE lifewater is AWESOME!!! it has zero calories and no aspartime. I have given up pop myself and it isn't so bad. it only took me about a week or so and then i was over it. good luck! :smile:

I've been doing 30DS for a while now and i can totally tell a difference! I will join you all and dedicate myself to do it everyday (with the exception of sunday - my off day). Let's get shredding!

i hate weekends because of what they do to my progress as well. it's hard to eat well when your husband scarfs down a huge bowl of ice cream in front of you. just keep telling yourself what your goals are and picture yourself in the future.
