Strong lean women are a definite turn on. I am also extremely jealous of their weight lifting ability. I am convinced my six year old daughter can lift more than me... :{

I don't cook ( I can burn water... ), but this is something I am going to have to beg my wife to make for me, thanks! :)

My gut. It doesn't matter how much weight I lose, or how many situps I do, it is always there... taunting me...

My average pace is about 10:30 / mi for 8+ mi runs. Slightly faster for shorter runs, and slightly longer for longer runs (roughly 10-11 in range). When I go to races I push myself about :30 faster, so about 10:00/mi for 10k, and 10:30 for 1/2 marathons. I'm not going to win any races, but I'm not going to be the last…

Fantastic! Keep up the good work! :)

Fantastic job! :)

I pack my lunch every night before I go to bed. I have a couple of cheap plastic containers with 3 compartments. I put lettuce in 1, pickles/onions/hot peppers, etc in another, and some kind of lunch meat in the third (turkey, ham, roast beef). I bring a wrap (Joseph's makes a really great 70 cal wrap:…

Well done! I did the C25k a couple of years ago, and then the bridge to 10k program after that. I can definitely recommend that, or even a half-marathon considering you are already running 5mi. :) Congrats! :)

My wife read an article somewhere about how we should not wash our jeans *ever*. Instead, we should just put them in the freezer every few wears to kill off odor and bacteria. I don't know where she gets these articles, but at least we both agreed that butt-flavored-ice-cream was not acceptable! :)

6, just about average

I can't speak for anyone else, but I would welcome the honesty. I try and make the best food choices I can, but I'm no nutritionist. If I am making some really obvious mistake that I just don't see, I'll be glad to hear about it.

That is great, and so much better because it was your husband who noticed. It is hard for the folks who see you every day to notice the changes, as it is hard for you to notice them yourself. Every once in a while I will see old pictures of me and think "who is that fat guy?". I'm proud of you, and happy for you! :)

Thanks for posting this T, there is a metaphorical ton of good information here! :)
-
I cannot divulge that information at this time. Muahhaahahaa!

The same thing I do every day Pinky, try and take over the world!

Okidoke, lets see if this works...

I stuck them in my profile, because I can't seem to imbed them in the post. OK, now I feel really stupid, how *DO* you put pictures in a post?:explode:

Fantastic job! :)

I have never run a marathon, but I have run several 1/2 marathons. My body just sort of gives out at about 15 miles, though I would love to try to get there someday! :) If you have never run before then I would definitely recommend the C25K as a great starting point. Something that needs to be kept in mind by any new…

C25K is "Couch to 5K", a fantastic program for new runners. You can find out more about it here : http://www.coolrunning.com/engine/2/2_3/181.shtml And to answer the original question: I run 6-8 miles a day, 4 days a week (Sunday, Monday, Wednesday, Friday) for anywhere from 25-35 miles a week. I also do Spin class 3 days…

Because then I can eat a dish of ice cream, like I am right now! :)

"If I had a perfect day I would have it start this way Open up the fridge and have a tall boy yeah"

I came here to kick @$$ and chew bubblegum, and I am all out of bubblegum! ;)
-
I would say that now is just as good a time to start as any as well. :) Temptations are ALWAYS around, so the better prepared you are to handle them, the better you will be able to stick to a healthy lifestyle. :)

I've been wearing my wedding band for 15 years now. (well 14, I lost the first one and had to replace it! -=long story=- ). I take it off for a couple weeks every year, since my wife's family owns a turkey farm, and I work nights in the processing facility.

AWESOME! Congratulations! :)

Initially 100, but put back on 25. Zero so far this time around, but I'm going to get back to where I wanted to be!

I eat a 6oz tub of plain Greek yogurt every day. I add fresh or frozen fruit and mix it all together for a great ~200 calorie snack.

I definitely 'bloat'. I drink so much water on a daily basis that I gain about 7 pounds by time I go to bed at night.
