This thread hurts my brain. :( My CDO is the best thing for sticking to a diet/exercise plan though! :)

I have read some people recommend doing so and I'm honestly not sure why?

My preference has always been... YES!

Croyd Crenson, AKA 'The Sleeper'. Though most people have never heard of him.

I'm still pretty green when it comes to running, I have only been doing it for about three years now. I have a pretty solid base of roughly 35 miles per week at about 10.5 minutes/mile. Like tappae above, I have decided to start training for my first marathon, and am slowly increasing my base to around 45/50 miles per week…

I see some baking in my future, thank you!

23 is not too young, and it sounds like you've got a good head on your shoulders. The thing that matters most to raising a family is love. Love your child and everything else will fall into place.

Yep. I did. My very first 5k, to years ago. I came in about 10 from the last in a field of 400. I was just glad I finished.

AWESOME way to get started into running. I started with it a little over two years ago, and have lost 100 pounds and am now training for a marathon.

I have the Nike+ GPS watch, and I love it. I helps me monitor heart rate, calories, and pace. When I log my runs I get to see them all piling up nicely on the web site and I get encouragement from my Nike+ community friends. I briefly had a Garmin 405CX and while it was a fine product, it just didn't make me happy because…

My sex life...

Not particularly so, but there is a little pain. I typically sleep on my belly, but the last couple of nights I have actually been sleeping directly on my side (fetal like) to ease the discomfort.

I prefer to run outside as much as possible. I use the treadmill on my strength training days, since I do HIITS on the same day and I find them much easier with a treadmill as opposed to measuring my distance or constantly looking at my watch.
