Right there with you BruteSquad (great user handle btw). I eat every couple of hours throughout the day to keep me from eating 2000 calories in one sitting later on. Plus, I am the world's most miserable prick when I'm hungry.

LEGEN.... wait for it.... DARY!

What would be the best way to determine my body fat % then?

I think I love you

Make a list of things to look for and/or collect on the way. Also a destination hike can be a lot of fun. Hike in to a waterfall or pond, eat a picnic lunch, hike out.

A three legged dog walks into a bar. He says "I'm looking for the man who shot my pa". (That's actually the joke that made my wife fall in love with me. She's just as much of a dork as I am!)

Methinks there are at least a few people who either didn't read the OP or have no sense of humor...
-
I don't. I schedule my snacks instead. This is one thing my OCD is extremely useful for!

"Let's skip the small talk, what do you want for breakfast?"

Hi, I'm new to your group. I'll be shooting for 120 in April.

I started my running 'career' 2 years ago with C2K. I was 256 pounds and lost nearly 100 pounds over 18 months. I packed on about 20 extra do to some really bad life decisions, and am recently rededicated to getting back to 160.

I agree with BrianSharp. You can have a 'take it easy' day instead of a 'rest day'. I workout six days a week, and take Monday's 'off'. I usually sneak in a short (1/2 to 1 mile) walk with my wife and kids and maybe a bike ride with my oldest daughter to help me from being completely sedentary.
-
Beats me. I'm a runner, and I do cardio six days a week. I also lift three days a week, but I try to concentrate mostly on 'the core' for better running form. I want muscle to burn extra fat, but I don't care about being muscular.

My wife cooks 99% of the time. If I cook it's on the grill because it is basically the only thing I know how to do! I do the dishes every night, fair is fair after all.
-
Not even a little bit, it's *my* stretch marks that disgust me!
-
Beats the crap out of me OP. I have exactly one friend (other than my wife), and whenever we get together it's more like a recipe for disaster.

The Cast (in order of appearance.) M= Man looking for an argument R= Receptionist Q= Abuser A= Arguer (John Cleese) C= Complainer (Eric Idle) H= Head Hitter M: Ah. I'd like to have an argument, please. R: Certainly sir. Have you been here before? M: No, I haven't, this is my first time. R: I see. Well, do you want to have…

I *love* that one, lol!

They won on St. Paddy's day in a shootout, but only because their luckcharm (aka, yours truly) was in attendance!

Yes. Yes it was! :)

Jello shots?

I read the title and clicked on it... but I don't think I'm smart enough to answer! (sits in the back of class with the pointed cone hat and waits to be released).

Oh, I do that sometimes too. I count every time my left foot lands. I know exactly how far 1/4 mile is by what number I'm on! :)
-
I think your imaginary friends might be drinking buddies with my imaginary friends! ;)

Any runners out there feel free to add me too. I run an average of 30-35 miles per week and am in constant preparation for my next Half Marathon.
