We've been married for 15 years. We started off not wanting any kids, and went 9 years as DINKS (Dual Income No Kids). Now we have 2 beautiful daughters and I can't imagine life without them. :)

<- Stinky Shaw. I don't think I'd get far in the pR0n business with that name...

I love (hate) my HIITS, I do them every Tuesday and Thursday followed by my strength training. They make me *very* sore, but greatly increase my energy throughout the day and help me build endurance for my long runs (Wednesdays, Fridays) and *really* long runs (Sundays).

Tonsil Hockey! :blushing:

<- Two kids, nature's alarm clock. ;)

I'm pretty sure mine is open to all, but I'll go check just to be sure

I run outside all year long (New England), so the transition from one season to another is more gradual. Still, it's always good to have a checklist and make sure I've got everything covered, thanks for the post! :)

Dammit. I wanna look good naked. :(

AWESOME! Best. Feeling. Ever!

Unfortunately? Me. I do lift weights, but I'm convinced my six year old daughter is stronger than me. Someday I'll get that fat% down where it belongs... -=sigh=-

I leave my facebook and mfp account up on the family laptop all day. My wife leaves hers up on the other tabs. I just have nothing to hide.

BUMP (and grind)

Given that those two pieces of information are often used to steal one's identity over the internet, I'm not sure how prudent it would be to answer...

I prefer the shakes, but personal preference aside there is no good reason you can't have one after a workout every day! :)

Why would I jeopardize my children and invalidate the last 15 years of my life?

Hi, I just joined this group. I lost 3.6 pounds this week after a 2 week plateau. I still have 22 pounds to go, and habitually weigh in on Mondays. Current weight: 181.6

I've been married for 15 years, together for 18 and neither of us has cheated. I was cheated on while dating a girl in college, it took a long time to get over that, but today we are casual friends who run a road race or two together each year.

OK, so it's not five words... but this is my mantra that I mutter under my breath on long runs (anything over 10 miles for me). "pick em up, put em down, pick em up, put em down"....

I wish I had your arms, fantastic! :)

It's dangerous for a man to comment on a woman's weight loss. We notice, but if we say something we are very likely to be chewed out unless it is a close friend. For instance: "I noticed you lost weight" gets a "you noticed huh? you sayin' I needed to lose weight you jerk?" "you look great" gets a "and I didn't before you…

There is *nothing* pitiful about it all, good on ya! Remember no matter how slow you might think you are, you are lapping everyone who sits on the couch! :) I started running a couple years ago, and when I started I could barely go for a minute at a time. Now I run half-marathons, not fast mind you, but I run them. You are…

It's a toss up. I lost my virginity when I was 16, but I've been married for 15 years... so those are pretty close.... ;P

On men the first thing I usually notice is height. I'm short, so I end up having to look up most of the time. On women the first thing I notice depends if I'm in front of them or behind them, either their breasts or their buttocks. I can be honest here right? The thing I love most about my wife? Her eyes. They are a lovely…

I try fish every so often. The only stuff I can manage to eat is solid white tuna in a can, everything else tastes (and smells) horrible. I live in New England, people think I'm insane because I won't eat seafood in one of the 'freshest' places on earth. To each their own.

I take spin classes anywhere from 1-3 days a week. I use it to cross train so my legs don't get too tired from running all the time. It doesn't hurt that the classes are 90% female and most are pretty easy on the eyes. :)
