Someone said to not let your net calories fall below 1200. I have done that for a couple of days this week so if I happen to go over my 1200 calories on other days, then at the end of the week it should balance out and I should still lose, correct? Hello, I'm on day three...Only thing is...I had to make me out a calendar because I don't think I will be able to do it everyday...I go to the gym and workout with a trainer on 3 days out of the week, on those days I don't see how I will be able to do the 30 day shred, too sore and tired.... I so totally agree with this post. Sugar is just my worst enemy. I read somewhere that diet soda is worst for you than the regular ones. So now I have cut back to only 2 diet soda per week. I have also noticed that when I drink my diet sunkist it makes me crave more sugar...I usually just try to get my sugar from fruit,…

It's the opposite for me...I have to eat less than 1200 calories or else I don't lose any weight...but I try not to eat less than a 1000.

The main focus is lots of water, exercise, and staying within your calories...watching the your sugar and fat intake is key also...we are all human, we fall off the wagon from time to time...when I foods that I should not I try to drink more water...hope this helps

I ddin't quit smoking and join mfp on the same day but I did quit smoking maybe 4 months after and yes it was hard to lose weight and not smoke as well...Mine could be because of my age because Im 51 and it harder to lose weight then anyway....But thank goodness it's been 8 months since I quit smoking and I feel so much…
