100 push ups, 100 butterfly kicks, 100 jumpimg jacks and 50 jump squats COMPLETED AND DONE. Did all these in a circuit training format of 25. Must say jump squats were challenging but pushed through them. All caught up now. Legs on fire!!!!

I forgot to post yesterday. 50 reverse crunches were done yesterday and banged out 100 squats today. Done and out!!
