If you get those big mushrooms you can take the stalk out, flip em over, and add some chopped peppers, asparagus, onion, whatever and make a yummy veggie stack! chuck em under the grill YUM

Am i the only one who has cottage cheese as a staple? I know it high in sodium ( i drink a ton of water ), I dont need to be on a low sodium diet . I have at least 2 cups a day Its my main source of rptoein cause I cant afford meat.

Love it! p90x is the only thing that I have actually kept with for more thn 2 weeks and not got bored (im doing a hybrid, but its all the same) I like the fact that he acts as if he needs breaks too, makes me feel better :) im like "hell yer, tony horton needs a break and i dont, kick-*kitten*!"

I just brought a Polar ft4 (it it on sale! woo) the bronze womens one. From all the reviews that I saw is that one is bulkier than the other. Yu can input your own age, weight (and gender i think), so that shouldnt matter.

Can anyone explain to me credit scores? Im 21, and so far I have paid everything off in full. car, rent, food, groceries, holidays everything paid IN CASH however next up on my list is a house. instead of eating MORE food, eat more calorie dense foods. so instead of low fat stuff, go full fat.. there you go extra cals.- at least 100 more cals add nuts to your lunchtime salad... 200 more cals. drink a glass of full fat milk-extra 300 cals... easy. no need to eat more

tdee AND eating back calories? even if my exercise was put at *strenuous-6 days a week*, i thought this takes it all into account? I heard about the protein for 1lb of lean body mass (so 100g a day for me) easy as... but this was due to tony hortons nutrition plan. (not so easy) lol Its just hard to comprehend so much…
