me :) I have my first cosplay in febuary. Going as Elaktra for comicon, and Katara from avatar for aime-con. then later in june im going to try and cosplay blondie from suckerpunch. so.. i gotta work it! hahah

make sure to cook in a nonstick pan and even then, spray it down a lot, and let it cook on a medium heat. I was impatient and cooked it on high and it stuck to the pan, i got scrambled pancaked.. so be patient.. lol when it doesnt stick to the pan at all.. then flip :)

I had a great brekfast this morning. Mix one scoop of whey with 3 egg whites(you can add some sugar free toriani syrup for flavour). beat well and make a pancake. top with half a cup greek yoghurt and some blue berries 300 cal 50 grams of protein 5 carbs (depending on ingredients obviously) and tasted Yum to boot!

just get a plain yoghurt (which is better for you, less sugars in it) and add a scoop of protien powder. it turns it into a nice pudding type thing.

some of that sounds fun, but again, its the people factor. I don't know anyone here, and i cant just go and sit in a bar by myself, how the hell do you meet people when your in a new town? especially a country town? im so far out we dont even have a post or garbage truck.. *sigh*.
