My friend has done it and she swears by it. Are you doing the one where you can be active and it's less restrictive or the more restrictive one? I have to say, I've incorporated some of the diet things into my own diet. The stevia is suck a good way to go and the flavored stuff is real tasty!

I'm still looking to build my network, especially after my hiatous! Anyone out there looking for friends too?!?!

I have tried all kinds of peanut butter before I settled on what I choose now. I can't get into the consistency, taste, texture of most natural peanut butters. So, I tried Jif Natural and it's awesome! Sometimes you need to treat yourself. I treat myself with peanut butter and I won't go to anything else other than Jif....

Peanut butter is my biggest weakness. I freakin' love peanut butter! I really enjoy Jif Natural and Justin's nutbutter. I switched over to the natural because it's so much better for you. I used to do the Skippy natural but the Jif is sooooo much better! Justin's has several different flavors and several different nuts…

I always go for the guac. It's a weakness and packed with nutrients. Or maybe the create your own burrito.

My fave is spicy tuna rolls and spicy scallop. I could eat those every day!

If the Lions were playing, I would care. I'm actually watching American Dad on Netflix right now. I'm going to be reading my book soon. Will probably watch a movie later on too. If it was Stanley Cup time, then I would be watching. Love me some hockey, mainly Red Wings.

I had white chili made with ground turkey, great northern beans, lots of jalapeños, green peppers, celery, onions, garlic, chicken broth, red pepper flakes, green chilies, and stewed tomatoes. Turned out pretty awesome and I have tons leftover for lunches/dinners.

Oopsie, that would be 1/2 a cup. You add the herbs in after it's already cooked. Sorry for omitting some info! :)

Sapphire and Tonic with extra lime is my all time fave!
-
I'll definitely be making these!

How are your measurements looking? Are you drinking enough water? What kind of exercises are you doing? There was a point where I wasn't losing weight but I was losing inches. Now I'm losing both. Sometimes you have to find a balance.

That sounds fantastic! I need to not read the recipe threads when I'm so HUNGRY! :)

I just sent you a request. I would love to talk with you more about PCOS. Angie

Sounds yummy! I will have to try!

Are you getting enough water? I know that when I'm not drinking enough, I will see a weight gain. In one instance, I saw an 8 POUND gain!

I tried the Daiya last night on quesadillas, yummy! My biggest complaint about cheddar cheese and the soft cheeses is that it tastes too much like milk (I HATE, LOATH, DESPISE milk!!). The Daiya has a nice taste to it. I really see myself switching completely. Same with Trader Joe's Cherry Chocolate Chip ice cream. All…

I just read this and found it very helpful. Thanks for the info!

I suggest waiting until you reach a certain goal. I have my final goal set for my HUGE tat I want to get on my back. I'll probably get a smaller one, in an area where it won't really matter, but the large one I want to wait until I loose more weight.

I'm going to try this cheese tonight in a quesadilla!

Somewhere I have a recipe for cheez sauce that tastes so much better than real cheese you wouldn't believe it! I make veggie enchillada with it all the time. I'll post the recipe once I find it. I too am trying to dairy free. My sinus/allergy doctor told me to do it a few years back. I did go vegan for several months and…

I love love love the crockpot! I make stuffed peppers in it ALL THE TIME! Take some ground turkey, 1 egg, brown instant rice, worstchire sauce, and onion, mix that all together, stuff into peppers, put them in the pot, cover with a can of stewed tomatoes. I prefer the chili ready tomatoes. I will vary the recipe from time…

This is a great website! I actually eat quite a bit of fish, so this is a list that's super beneficial to me!

I've actually been told my doctors that dairy free is highly recommended for me. My allergist said it would help with my sinus issues and the headaches I get. My regular doctor said that as long as I am eating enough foods to make up for the nutrients in the dairy, I shouldn't have a problem. I've actually never been a…

I suggest vegweb.com. It's the web version of Veg News, which is a vegan magazine. I have gotten several great recipes from there.

Depends on what kind of carbs. Complex carbs are good for you, your body needs them. Refined, not so much. I cut most refined carbs out of my diet. I feel much better now. I'm not as tired. I would say if you are low on the refined, then, yes, I would have a favorable outlook on it. If it was cutting out all carbs and…

I suggest first trying gluten free pasta. You can get it at Whole Foods or other stores like that. If that doesn't work, then try rice pasta or spelt pasta. I have tried both and they're decent, but I do enjoy the wheat pasta more.

I'm in the Cities. I just sent you a friend request. :)

You need to have a cheat every once in awhile. Today we had an awesome breakfast with all the fixings. I did well until I discovered the zucchini bread and cherry walnut bread...I was still able to come in under my caloric intake but it was tough! As long as you aren't overdoing it every day, you'll be fine. Plus, if you…

I literally crave peanut butter. I allow myself 1 serving when I find I need to have it. I found these single serving, all natural packets of different "nut butters" that I've been having for my afternoon craving. They're called Justin's. I randomly stumbled upon them when I was in Whole Foods. They have several different…
