HELP! My evenings are killing me!
Ok, so I do super well all day. I eat pretty good breakfasts (usually a bowl of Fiber One or Fiber Plus cereal with light soy milk and maybe a soy yogurt). My lunches are good as well (maybe some leftovers and a salad. Today I have soup and steamed broccoli). By midday I've eaten about 1100 of my 2000 calorie limit.…
