Hi all! I discovered this recipe over the weekend and LOVE it! I substitute ground turkey for ground pork. Here's the recipe:

1lb Ground Turkey
2 garlic cloves
1 Jalapeno
1 Lime
2 tbsp Fish Sauce
1 tsp light brown sugar
1 tsp Siracha
1/2 fresh cilantro
1/2 mint
1/2 Basil

It's a fabulous recipe. It calls for lettuce leaves to make lettuce wraps but I have been making a salad and adding the meat to it sort of like a taco salad.

How much of the cilantro, mint and basil? 1/2 what? Also, do you cook those last three ingredients with the meat, or add the later?

Thanks for the recipe, sounds yummy.

Oopsie, that would be 1/2 a cup. You add the herbs in after it's already cooked.

Sorry for omitting some info! :)
