Lunch wasn't what I planned. I planned a pre-made sandwich but my bf wanted breakfast food. So I got a Spartan egg-white omelette, wheat toast w/ jelly (not buttered), and it came with hash browns. I should have gotten fruit on the side!! :( I think I did better than what I really wanted FRENCH TOAST or something really nice and bad for you lol...

    Don't freak out about it! I did the same thing today. Sundays are hard because we get together with family and there's usually fried, salty, cheesy, gravied, and breaded everything! I packed a lunch, but ditched it the minute I saw a fried porkchop. Just eat better tomorrow, workout and it will be fine. :-)

    You need to have a cheat every once in awhile. Today we had an awesome breakfast with all the fixings. I did well until I discovered the zucchini bread and cherry walnut bread...I was still able to come in under my caloric intake but it was tough!

    As long as you aren't overdoing it every day, you'll be fine. Plus, if you deprive yourself a few indulgences, you're more likely to totally overdo it.
