I'm having a very hard time trying to incorporate Low GI into my diet. Can you send them to me because I LOVE BREAD! It"s a local pizza place that makes really good meatballs. I usually just eat 3 of the 6 or 7 in the plate but I dont want to over do it with the pasta. I'm not sure of a chain restaurant that would compare. :o(

Sometimes its not the lbs but the inches and the way your clothes feel that makes the most difference. Dont focus too much on the scale, go with the great feeling and appreciate the small noticeable changes and use that to keep you going. Flab to FAB!!!!

Thats great you're feeling good! I actually enjoy going to gym and working out. My schedule is crazy so Im waiting to start up again when the new one opens close to my house so it will make it a lot easier, more convienent to get there and lose some more!
