I have a PT as well and he has me eating 21g of protein, 50g of carbs and 9 g of fat per meal, 4 x per day. I have not had any significant weight loss but my BMI has changed a little. I'm mostly frustrated that i haven't seen more of a change in my appearance. I'm starting to wonder if I'm not eating enough calories…
