In order to preserve inside the can, they use ALOT of sodium. But like you said, it's better than nothing (as long as your body doesn't mind the sodium) Frozen are great because they don't spoil if you don't use them right away but will always lose a little nutritional value from being frozen and dethawed again. I do my own version of a PB&J by using low carb, high fiber tortillas, sugar free jelly and PB2. Comes out to about 135 calories (28 carbs, 5g fat, 13g protein, 17g fiber). It's the perfect dessert after my dinner :)

Make it part of my schedule. I go right after work. No excuses. It's on the way home, it's got a Kids Klub for my daughter and I require myself to do 30 minutes which is next to nothing in the scope of one day.

I'm really into throwing veggies and meat in a skillet, cracking some eggs and making an omelet (or scrambled eggs if I don't do it right) Normally I use spinach, mushrooms, tomatoes, and turkey.

That's awesome! I wish my kid would eat spinach! Haha. My 2 year old loves the Kids Klub at my gym so much that it motivates me to go just so she can have a good time. But having her wanting to do the exercises with me (although totally distracting) is so much fun to watch!

There are purple potatoes that I've seen at even the local grocery stores. I would vote blue corn or dye something blue.

Visited a friend on the East Coast and I literally just ate the whole time... Pizza, Chinese, Boneless wings, and just a ton of ridiculous snacks. Wish I would of tried a little harder. I def. just let go :(
