is 5lbs the heaviest weight you can lift? it might not be enough. keep doing cardio to burn fat and do a variety of arm exercises with the heaviest weight you can lift. doesn't have to be a lot of sets, but it does have to be a challenge for your muscles.

put me down for 100, i have a bike.

hill (on second thought) top

my commute is always great, but doesn't look that good. i wouldn't make it looking at what you see.
-
because i think my upper body looks decent enough (to be in pictures).

i write when i run. in my head of course.

manual cars rule. that is all.

throw in a little strength training as well. sometimes the body is bored with the same old routine. it turns on the auto pilot and puts its feet up on the desk and watches us while we workout.

krislshoe - thank you dah'ling. natural, the headless woman is 40, but my body makes me look 25. ha. a woman on my job said she thought i was 32. o->-< you guys are the best. i like being 40. 175 is old, at 40 i still have breast milk on my breath.

jumping jacks walk in place elliptical - easy brisk walk jog - okay but easy rowing recumbent bike generally if i'm going to run, i do a crosstrain activity to warm up first, then my main activity. after? you mean cool down. anything that will lower your heart rate (just slower) and this would be an excellent time to…

i find it best to establish the "rules" before agreeing on long/short term guests to stay. otherwise, they think they're at a hotel...

you might be hard pressed to find one new at that price that is any good. i would look at 2nd hand, garage sales, etc. i bought the schwinn 420. not 250$, but not a bad piece of machine. it's not small though.

i like it nuff said.

mine is open, have at it. i only count calories (and quick calories at that) so there's nothing to see. it's rather boring actually. probably what works for one doesn't work for another, food wise.
-
congrats. you look great!
-
are they worn out. i might start off with a fresh pair.
-
i have the same issue, everything else looks great except my belly. ha! i can only think of doing more cardio and watching your foods, (fat and sugar intake), which is what i'm trying to do as well. my lower half is worse than the top. i have a four pack up top and a keg at the bottom.

i wear something sleeveless - and get my hair did

congrats!

bring up my post. gives it a bump to the top so it will be seen, especially if it's older and it hasn't been answered. you can also, as mentioned, come back and see the reply or it's used as a bookmark to do the same.

i have the garmin FR 305 too - it's great, but sucks on cloudy days and if you don't have the foot pod you can't use it inside. if you want a gps, it's a nice one. there are others that are less expensive and do less. i also have the garmin fr60, can be used inside and outside with the footpod. i like it the best though…
