i overestimate, but then again, i don't log everything, like the candy bar i'm about to go eat. i met my goal in october of last year and i'm under my goal weight by 5 pounds. my diary is open and not 100% honest, it's full of lies and cheat meals, but i think i'm doing okay. somedays, i don't log everything because i'm…

only one way to find out. give it a go.... i went for a quick run this morning and have worked out several mornings, when need be. i also work out during my lunch hour. as long as i get it in, i don't care when. sometimes i'm energized, sometimes i'm dog tired. lunch time though is really a great time for me.

i "cheated" through my weight loss, but not often. it gave me extra motivation to work harder. "will work out for food"

i have to quote a friend that's on this site (lotus f1ower) when someone else asked the same question. her response tickled me she said she doesn't mean to get all biblical on people but even God rested on the 7th day. everyone needs (or should i say benefits from) rest. period. your body needs rest. i know i went for a…

i've tried and recommend Leslie Sansone: Walk At Home - Walk Off 10 Pounds - 3 Mile Walk most of the time i do the 2 mile walk because all i have is 30 minutes. when i have a longer time to workout at home, i do the 45 minutes. leslie's steps are very easy to learn and you don't spend a lot of time trying to catch up to…

i don't know the answer either but a trainer did say something along the same lines of treat the patient and not the hrm. how do you feel. i've noticed mine has gone over 200 a few times and i wasn't even working my hardest and there were times when my hrm said 174 and i felt like crap and slowed down. oh and my arm went…
