we're in the same boat. i have no idea why i'm tired.i thought maybe i was getting too much rest? hope you figure it out.

weight, height, fitness level, age

on average 6. today i'm up to 8. what did your research say? there probably is a such thing as too much water. a friend tells me it's not good for my kidneys. i don't drink that much that i think i'm hurting myself. if anything, i keeps my sweet tooth at bay.
-
strength training? have you incorporated that into your workouts? if so, then i don't know. try something different. maybe your body is bored. all the best
-
sweet. it's nice when others notice. my boss calls me skinny at least 3 days a week.
-
i took a nap last week. i guess that was close to 10 hours with my regular nightly rest. hey if the body wants to sleep, let it. it's so much smarter than we are and knows what it needs.
-
but i like splenda
-
fantastic. we're in the same boat. i'm in the process of replacing my clothes. excelllent work chris!
-
nice work. i'm learning to maintain myself and want to say the same thing months from now. congrats!

whey powder. bought mine from gnc a while ago, forgot about it and am using it again for the calories and protein. low on sugar too.
-
yep as long as you get it in, i heard/read that it doesn't matter.
-
thanks roaddog. hmmm, let me think...... st. narcissist?
-
i strength (or cross) train on non-running or leg days. took a bath in epsom salt last night. helped a great deal and i'm hopping on the treadmill this afternoon. and congrats on your first 2 miles.
-
LOL. will you pray for my breasts?
-
i'm an ironing board. flat on both sides.
-
i use the leg press several times a week (maybe three depending on how hard i worked), but never back to back days. did you do this exercise three days in a row? i give my legs a few days off and work another body part when strength training. my quads are screaming at me now from monday's workout.
-
congrats to you. feels great doesn't it?
-
nope, i don't, but i totally should. i don't add anything to it but splenda.

foot locker. sports authority? http://www.runnersworld.com/store/search/1,7978,s6-240-417-0-0-0-0-0-0,00.html i've used this store finder search on runners world. find a store in your area recently changing my insoles (back to factor for women) in my sneakers help with the shin pain on the treadmill. i love asics sneakers…

it happens. i had a milky way (snack size) i didn't log either. i don't log every single thing though (sometimes i do quick calories) and i'm sure when i guesstimate my calories for meals, i always add more.
-
congrats on your success!
-
i might take a chill pill if i'm sick.

i might get the elliptical. it's nearly injury free (no shin pain to worry about and you don't have to worry about pounding on your knees) and as mentioned, you can run outside. that way you have the best of both worlds. elliptical at home, running or walking outside.
-
if i had the money, i might join a gym. right now i work out at work (the gym is free here) or at home. i like the gym because it's more of a challenge. at home, there's only so much i can burn.
-
if you're doing exactly the same thing, try doing something different. maybe your body is bored. strength training, a different workout?
-
funny. it's weird that people don't push a pepsi on you, but when it's alcohol or cake, they insist you partake. why is that? if you don't want it, you don't want it. they shouldn't push.

welcome to MFP!

nice tips. when i started running it was not just to lose weight, but because i hated the elliptical machine (we're lovers now) and walking is just not for me, but i do it. i would only run on the treadmill though, not outside. now that i look back, i was probably doing more jogging than running. now, i run inside and…

i'm so with you. losing weight is very expensive, but worth it. NONE of my clothes fit. i would wear them, but they did not fit. i'm still in the process of replacing ALL MY CLOTHES. i have to prepare 95% of my meals and as mentioned, healthy food is NOT cheap. still worth it. i wish i had more money.

agreed. if i do go crazy, i drown with water. i know i'm doing the work and 1 day or 10 days out of 365 is dust on the scales
