  • i would like to run a half, then a full.. i have been running about 3 to 4 miles a day for the past two months... does anyone have a training schedule i could follow.. i have never really ran long distances that much i was a sprinter... i am not sure how to train for one... any suggestions would be great
  • cross training and diet will get rid of the mid section fat... keep enough calories to maintain weight but keep fat intake to a healthy minimum.. no salt, lots of water

  • i do not always use them but on certain days i get hungry later in the evening and if i do have some extra calories to use then i try to eat something healthy to curb the craving.. i helps me not to stress when i have those extra calories waiting if i need them..   • to me it sounds like you are starving your body in between getting up and that next meal.. eat a little more in the morning meal, drink plenty of water during the day.. plus an easy way to curb some of the hunger is to take a protein shake to mix up and drink half way through the morning.. it will add about 150 calories...…
