Snap off the ends and then I boil mine for about 7 minutes or until the are tender but still have a little snap to them when you bit into it.

I remember the feeling when I reunited with my collarbones. I was visit my parents for the weekend and was so excited I had to share it with them...What a great feeling! I find my self playing with them quite often now!

I was 200lbs when I started the C25K about 2 years ago. I made it about half way then fell off the wagon. I started back up last spring. This past fall I ran two 5k's and now I am running 6+ miles.....LOVE IT!!!!!!!

I usually do about 30-45 minutes of either cardio or weights...mostly cardio, I need to work on adding more strength training in. I found that I lose more weight doing 30-45 minutes then when I was doing 90-120 minutes.

I do have a gym membership. The problem is that before it got cold I was training for a half marathon. Now that I am running in doors I can't bring myself to run more than 3 miles (half what I was running outside). I think that is also contributing to my lack of motivation.

I bet that is what my problem has been lately. I have lost all motivation since it has become to cold to run outside and it gets dark early.
