calories vs. sodium
For the longest time I had my calories at 1200. At that time I had no problem staying at my calorie goal as well as my sodium goal. Now that I have upped my calories up to 1380 I am having a hard time eating enough calories while still staying at or under my sodium. Does anyone have any suggestions on what to do?

I recently started using the Nike+ HRM for my ipod. I used it today during my spin class and it said I burned 833 calories in 50 minutes with and average HR of 164. My weight was 3lbs off on my ipod but when I googled it online it still said around 750 calories burned. MFP says for 50 minutes of spinning 450 calories. I…

Question, I made Rice a Roni Dinner creations tonight. I omitted the chicken and just made the rice. On the box the nutrition info says as prepared. Do you think the serving size and nutrition information includes the chicken or if it says 1 cup prepared that is without the chicken? Thanks for the help

I love rice, but I have a hard time eating it without soy sauce. I also make a homemade fried rice type of recipe. If I weighed myself yesterday and then a little while later it said I was heavier, even though I didn't eat or drink anything, is it alright to use the lighter weight? A scale wouldn't say you weigh less than you really do right?
