For the longest time I had my calories at 1200. At that time I had no problem staying at my calorie goal as well as my sodium goal. Now that I have upped my calories up to 1380 I am having a hard time eating enough calories while still staying at or under my sodium. Does anyone have any suggestions on what to do?

I havent looked at your diary but the only way I have been able to keep my sodium in check is to make a lot more stuff from scratch. Are you eating a lot of pre-made and/or canned stuff?
Also, if you aren't already, read labels religiously. It's amazing the variances in sodium in products.
I hope this helps a little :flowerforyou:0 -
Maybe have a look at what you're eating now that you weren't when you were at 1200 calories. The extra 180 isn't a lot calorie-wise so if your sodium is blowing out maybe you've added some high-sodium things that you avoided before?0
