Personally, I am just soooo hungry on the day before, day 1&2... on those particular day I just plan stay under maintenance. I find that by allowing myself this wiggle room means I actually eat less over all. Weird right? Anyway, 2-3 days a month is not going to ruin everything :)

I can run and power walk 15 minutes of intervals on a treadmil. I can wear skinny jeans I havent worn since high as school. I can run with my daughter, not after her.

You're amazingly motivating. I put you on my "motivate me board", your picture and story. I can do 1 year too... I have always been overweight, even as a child. I dont know what sexy feels like, but im going too. That's very inspiring. Congrats and thank you for sharing. :)

Hey! I live in south australia, but there's no reason we cant support each other over the internet. Im currently 98kgs looking to get down to about 75kg in total. Ill see how I go from there. Okay thanks for that! Sounds like a plan! :) I was also wondering at what point the 2lbs a week loss will be over the top, or when I should start lowering it to 1.5lbs, 1lb to remain healthy and be getting all I need nutritionally?
