Thank you everyone for your answers! I don't really eat the same thing ALL THE TIME. But I do eat the same 'meal plan' for a week straight just because I don't want to throw out a bunch of stuff and I have a rather small freezer. :)

Thanks, Rosie! I've actually been having bananas and chocolate soy milk after my workout! Its delicious. Ohhh, I love pita chips, especially with hummus! Yum, yum, yummyyyy.

You can put it in oatmeal or yogurt....also, pumpkin spice cream cheese 1 8oz container philadelphia whipped cream cheese 1/2 cup canned pumpkin 1 tsp vanilla extract 1 1/2 tsp pumpkin pie spice makes 10 2tbsp servings for 56 calories!

Because you have to eat a minimum of 1200 calories to sustain your mind and body. No one can live off less than that without damaging theirself.

I don't believe it really helps you lose weight. I've been taking melatonin for forever due to insomnia because I don't want to take sleeping pills. I haven't found that it helps you lose weight.

I think its probably because popcorn (made at home!) doesn't have a lot of calories and is actually good for you, but when you load it with butter and salt as they do in the movie theaters, it definitely becomes UNHEALTHY.

I think that's more about certain BRANDS because not all fat-free salad dressings are full of sugar & not all cottage cheese is full of sodium. And not all Greek yogurt has tons of calories and fat, you know?
