I have taken T-Lite pills, and TrimSpa. Both bad ideas..not even sure if they make either of them anymore. I tried them right after i quit smoking, to help keep me from gaining..it was a stupid idea, and i had some really weird side effects from them. Those are the only 2 i have taken, and i started having weird heart…

I have Zumba for the Wii, and I Love it. It's fun, and you don't even realize you've worked out until you're done, THEN you feel it! lol

I don't have a Kinect, But i exercise on the Wii. I do Just Dance 2 & 3 and Zumba on the Wii daily. IT's Fun! You don't realize that you're actually working out until you're done! :)

Yeah. THis has been my problem. I've had to make myself eat. I would have days that i would get so busy with everything that i would stop and realize i haven't had anything to eat. I am going to make it to atleast 1200 each day (even though that should probably be higher.) I'm still learning about the calorie intake, so…

I tend to take it easier on Sunday. It's our "family Day" My husband works 6 days a week, so we're usually away from the house more on SUnday. Sunday is also my "free" day. I give myself one day a week to eat whatever i want (still watching portions ofcourse) I do add in Yoga moves to my mornings warm ups before and after…

I think they're a bit worried because i'm not eating as much as i should. I do tend to beat myself up a bit if for some reason i'm not able to do my entire workout. I'm 4 days into the 30 day shred already,and just now happened across this thread.. I'm In! :) I would rather do it with a group. keep eachother motivated! I will hold off on The Shred..4 days isn't that long, SO I will hold off on doing it till the 2nd, and focus on a few other dvd's till then.

I'm a SAHM, and I also homeschool my 7 yr. old daughter. I'm new to MFP (almost 2 weeks) and always happy to make new friends, especially ones that share my "struggle"
